OUR BLENDS:

All-Purpose Sunny Mix

  • Formulated for areas that receive a full day of sunlight or more than four hours of sunlight

  • Great color, density, and texture

  • Rapid green-up

  • 1 to 2 weeks for germination

  • Ingredients: 35% Greyhound Perennial Ryegrass, 30% Kentucky Bluegrass, 25% Oracle Creeping Red Fescue, 10% Annual Ryegrass

  • Coverage: 4-6 lbs./1,000 Sq. Ft. (new lawn); 2-4 lbs./1,000 Sq. Ft. (existing lawn)

Premium Sun & Shade

  • Perfect grass seed for all Minnesota lawns

  • This mixture will provide a sod quality turf density and color

  • Excellent disease resistance

  • 1 to 2 weeks for germination

  • Ingredients: 30% Washington Kentucky Bluegrass, 30% Boreal Creeping Red Fescue, 30% Greyhound Perennial Ryegrass, 10% Annual Ryegrass

Premium Shade Mix

  • Formulated for areas that receive less than four hours of filtered sunlight per day

  • Ingredients: 20% Boreal Creeping Red Fescue, 20% Oracle Creeping Red Fescue, 20% Desert Moon Kentucky Bluegrass, 15% Ambrose Chewings Fescue, 15% Gladiator Hard Fescue, 10% Double Time Perennial Ryegrass

  • Coverage: 4-6 lbs./1,000 Sq. Ft. (new lawn); 2-4 lbs./1,000 Sq. Ft. (existing lawn)

Low Grow/Now Mow Fescue Mix

  • A true low growing all-fescue mixture

  • Requires very little watering, fertilization, and mowing (this helps reduce your carbon footprint)

  • Slow growing to approximately 12" but lays down

  • Ingredients: 40% Gladiator Hard Fescue, 20% Azure Sheep’s Fescue, 20% Oracle Creeping Red Fescue, 20% Ambrose Chewing Fescue
